They offer detailed writeups of everything they do, and any problems they found that need to be fixed. The writeups list how dangerous the problems are, whether or not they can lead to more problems if unchecked, price estimates on fixing these problems, and how long you can afford to wait to have them fixed. Gig Harbor Automotive Service will even send you a text with a link to the online version of the writeups they do, as well as when your vehicle is ready for pickup and occassional reminders of when you should consider doing another checkup, if you opt into text alerts. They also offer a transportation service that will drop you off somewhere in town while they work on your vehicle. They will also pick you up once your vehicle is ready for pickup if you ask them to. Finally, every time I have gone to them, they have vaccumed out the floors of my vehicle with no charge to me and without being asked. Living in gig harbor means that there are nettles from trees absolutely everywhere, and those nettles often get tracked into the car. This service has saved me the time of having to do it myself, and is just refreshing and convenient to be surprised by when I pick my car up.
