I found this place solely by Googling and I was definitely not disappointed! My heater wasn't working correctly so I brought it in to be checked. I had gone to a lot of other places and they were quoting me for repairs they weren't even sure needed to happen. When I originally started having problems with my heater the initial mechanic I took it to stated most of the time these issues just needed to be reprogrammed. The informed me to contact the dealership to get that fixed. I made an appointment and when I went in to get it done Ford informed there is nothing to reprogram. When I brought my can into Gig Harbor Automotive they listened to what was going on. They called me a couple of hours later and told me the software needed to upgraded. I was informed that they were in contact with Ford to get that handled and would get back to me later. Andy called later with another update stating that there was an issue with communication between their computers and Ford's computers. They asked if they could keep it overnight and I said that was fine. They called me the next afternoon to inform me they were done with my car and everything seemed to be working great! So far everything is working just like new and I;m no longer having issues with my heater. Andy and the whole staff there are wonderful and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody needing work done on their vehicle. They were quick, efficient, fair with price and communicative with what was going on! They even have a shuttle service if you need it! Absolutely loved my experience here! Will definitely be back with any future issues!
