I had a really good experience at the shop. Went in to have my Lexus diagnosed for oil leakage. Customer service is great. Will definitely come back to service my vehicles.

I recently took my 2004 Accord to these very nice people to have my heating/cooling system fixed. They quickly diagnosed the problem but had a rough time finding the right parts. Through their vigilance and determination I am back on the road with heat as well as air conditioning...it's fantastic!! I couldn't recommed these people more highly.

GH Automotive is the most honest repair shop I’ve ever been to. Took the car in because there is a slight rattle from what appeared to be the front suspension. My expectation was I would pay for a diagnosis. After examining the car the rattle could not be pin-pointed although there were two suspect areas. Rob said to wait until it got worse because he didn’t want to be chasing parts, which I greatly appreciated. To my surprise he didn’t charge me for the diagnosis because they couldn’t specifically identify the source. Highly recommend this shop. I’ll be back.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Gig Harbor Automotive Service. They recently replaced the starter on my minivan. They also helped narrow down the cause of a parasitic battery draw that had plagued me for months. Finally, I have a working vehicle that is reliable.
