Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The did a great job on my vehicle and when it was finished, they happily sent a shuttle to pick me up from my house. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Easy to work with and helpful with transportation.

Andy was very thorough in explaining the processes; the 60K mile service was performed in great detail; the receipt detailed all of the work performed; Andy took the time to discuss all of my questions and potential next service visits; I was very surprised that the owner (Brian) offered to drive me home when I dropped the the car....it was 10 minutes before their shuttle driver was scheduled to start and Brian could see I'd have to wait - and he drove me home!

I have limited experience with Gig Harbor Automotive. My first impression was very good seemed like an honest, and professional auto service company. I scheduled a brake inspection but did not end up needing service. I would not hesitate going back for other services.

We are relatively new to the area and searched the internet and found Gig Harbor Automotive I was welcomed and they took care of my issue and had my car back before they closed. Great Service and people, give them a try.

My truck required an O2 sensor replacement. I was very pleased with the price and the speed with which this maintenance was done. Andy fully explained the details of the job. Bryan drove me to my office in Gig Harbor. Then he returned to drive me to the garage when the work was done. I do not hesitate to take my truck to Gig Harbor Automotive. -Jeff

Unannounced, I took my car to Gig Harbor Automotive to have its suddenly nonfunctional starter replaced. Andy was in the middle of a flood of work, but stopped and gave me his full attention. He was upfront in telling me he couldn’t get to it for a few days, which was fine. Yet he and his crew fixed the problem much sooner than he’d predicted. Andy is friendly and engaging, and I have a new starter. I am a satisfied new customer.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Gig Harbor Automotive for more than eight years, most recently two days ago. The experience has always been positive. Brian and his team do very good work and stand behind it. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I found this place solely by Googling and I was definitely not disappointed! My heater wasn't working correctly so I brought it in to be checked. I had gone to a lot of other places and they were quoting me for repairs they weren't even sure needed to happen. When I originally started having problems with my heater the initial mechanic I took it to stated most of the time these issues just needed to be reprogrammed. The informed me to contact the dealership to get that fixed. I made an appointment and when I went in to get it done Ford informed there is nothing to reprogram. When I brought my can into Gig Harbor Automotive they listened to what was going on. They called me a couple of hours later and told me the software needed to upgraded. I was informed that they were in contact with Ford to get that handled and would get back to me later. Andy called later with another update stating that there was an issue with communication between their computers and Ford's computers. They asked if they could keep it overnight and I said that was fine. They called me the next afternoon to inform me they were done with my car and everything seemed to be working great! So far everything is working just like new and I;m no longer having issues with my heater. Andy and the whole staff there are wonderful and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody needing work done on their vehicle. They were quick, efficient, fair with price and communicative with what was going on! They even have a shuttle service if you need it! Absolutely loved my experience here! Will definitely be back with any future issues!
