GHAS was able to get me in quickly with an emergency need. They diagnosed the issue, quickly repaired vehicle and had the car back to us. They were informative, reasonable in repair costs and easy to work with. They have earned our trust in the past with car repairs so we go back to them.

These folks literally saved me $2,000+ when they easily could have ripped me off. My car had an issue with its catalytic converter that could have cost thousands to fix - and they easily could have just replaced the cat and sent me on my way. Instead, they took their time looking into the root cause of the failure and determined it might be something the manufacturer would be obligated to fix for free. So instead of checking the box and charging me thousands for the part, they charged me a few hundred for the diagnostic work and sent me to a dealer who did, in fact, end up replacing it for free, for the exact reason that the Gig Harbor Automotive team said. Their integrity is excellent and so is their know-how. They were recommended to me by someone who said "they aren't the cheapest option, but they are the most trustworthy option, period, and that may end up saving you money" and that proved to be exactly right.
