My husband and I have been going to Gig Harbor Automotive for many years. Brian is so meticulous and has a great personality. He explains if there is an issue. He takes wonderful care of your automobile, so it is not damaged. We have lived in GH for over 40 years. Best decision we ever made for any type of work on our cars/trucks going to them. I think anyone would be extremely happy going to Gig Harbor Automotive. My husband and I are extremely satisfied, and my husband is very particular.

Gig Harbor Automotive recently went over my 2011 Chrysler 200 with significant mileage. I took it in thinking it needed a new water pump as it had been overheating. After a significant amount of diagnostic work the sad news was delivered that it was much worse than that. The folks there were kind and courteous and we discussed options. In addition to the friendly folks working there, my experience making appointments was easy and seamless with timely reminders sent by text. As someone new to the area, it is always nervewracking to find new services. I appreciate them getting my car in quickly. Thank you!
