We had come in for brake work in February. In June we had a rotor issue which was under warranty. They replaced the rotors at no cost to us. They stand by their work! Thanks guys.

Andy and the crew at Gig Harbor Automotive are awesome! They assessed my car's needs and let me know that if I wanted it fixed it could happen but it was going to be costly. Having the opportunity to talk about what was wrong and the impending cost prior to them doing work created a lot of trust and I will be sure to use them any time I have repair needs!

GHAS is a great place to go for automotive maintenance and repairs. They do good, honest work, and charge fair prices. Andy is the guy who works up front and he's awesome. Helpful, honest, and to the point. I have nothing negative to say about GHAS - They're genuinely great!

I am very satisfied with my first experience at Gig Harbor Automotive Service. The employees are friendly and helpful. It would be nice if they had the space for customers to wait for their vehicle, but they do provide a driver to shuttle customers home and back. I will return.

I love this shop. They are family. When I need a ride to or from the shop, they provide one. The solved my brake problem after YEARS of the going to the dealership for a solution to no avail. Recently, we were getting ready to depart on a long rode trip. I hooked up my trailer hitch carrier, attached the cable that supplies the connection for all the lights on the carrier, checked that they were working and.....nothing. I cleaned an lubricated the connections and still nothing. I called the shop and asked their advice. They told me to bring it in as soon as possible. I was there within 15 minutes and then I left within 15 minutes with the problem solved (blown fuse) and NO CHARGE!!! I love this place!

I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’m new to Gig Harbor and was told they did good work. With a little trepidation I made an appointment. They did what they said they would, they are very friendly, drove me home and picked me up. I WILL use them as needed and will recommend to everyone.
