I will only take my cars to this shop. They are 100% honest. RARE. The shop is clean and incredibly professional. The customer service is a top 2 % or top 1%. I am sure they have problems but I have not found it. High Quality! This is a Veteran recommendation. They will not screw you over ever. And they are upfront about costs. 100%. Brian and Andy run a super tight ship. My story: I have a Mini Cooper that was hit by a drunk driver and repaired by A large business. I was frauded and they helped me to get the entire situation fixed. My car was having issues and I stopped in and had them take a look. Not my first time as this shop is completely built around integrity and high quality work. VERY RARE. They notified me that the car was put back together with old broken parts that had been claimed new. They glued them together and charged for new parts. This shop worked with me to get it repaired and squared away with the insurance as a result of fraudulent work. Amazing service

First time going to gig harbor automotive and it was such an amazingly good experience. I needed my air conditioning checked out and I was worried about my car being in the shop for a long time as I use it for work. I was pleasantly surprised that I was given a ride back to my house and also picked up when my car was ready. The shuttle service was great and I didn’t have to wait at all. I was contacted with updates on my car and the communication was great. The whole service was taken care of in a timely manner and I got my car back in time for work. I refused to go to my dealership as I was treated terribly there and when I found gig harbor automotive I was really excited to see that they do a variety of services. I will definitely be back and I have already raved to many people about the great customer service. They definitely care about their customers. Andy is super nice and I can’t remember the guys name who gave me a ride but he was very nice as well. Thank you!

Brian was professional, friendly, and patient in explaining how technicians diagnosed the problem, what the repair was about, and potential causes for the problem to avoid in the future. Plus repair comes with a 3-year warranty. In the end, I feel I can trust him and his team for future works.
