Brian was professional, friendly, and patient in explaining how technicians diagnosed the problem, what the repair was about, and potential causes for the problem to avoid in the future. Plus repair comes with a 3-year warranty. In the end, I feel I can trust him and his team for future works.

I have always had my work done here, whether a larger repair or just regular maintenance. They provide quality work and excellent customer service. They even gave me a ride to and from work while I was having work done on my car. I highly recommend!

This is my first time visiting Gig Harbor Automotive and I couldn't be more Happy and pleasantly surprised with the service. I had planned to stick around and wait but was offered a courtesy ride to my home from Brian, while the service was being done. (Turn signal maintenance) A short time later, I received a text with a complete complimentary auto check, along with pictures and descriptions. Soon after, Brian came to give me a ride back to pick up my car. Andy answered all of my questions and I paid what I felt was a very reasonable price for everything. The dessert was when I got in my car and immediately noticed that my interior had been vacuumed. As a single mom of teenagers and a dog, I have to admit that I felt slightly ashamed that someone had discovered our stockpile of hair, fur, and bag of litter. I thought about going back in to thank them again. I literally sat in my car for several minutes letting the experience sink in. Never have I felt so appreciated and appreciative after service on my car. Brian even opened the car doors for me! That is rare in this day and age. After finding out their pricing for a synthetic oil change, I know that Gig Harbor Automotive is my new home for service on my car!
