Andy and the tech go the extra mile to make sure my car is running safely without any pressure to do more than is needed. They definitely have earned their AAA rating.

I was very happy with the service. They had my car in and out in a day for something I’m sure most places would take weeks to do.

Handy Andy (which is what I will call him from this day forth) was the epitome of professionalism and communication. Yes, I had to wait over two weeks for my appointment, but my issues weren’t urgent. Somehow I feel that if they were, I would have been squeezed in same-day. My dash lights were poppin like a tree on fire, I had broken the windshield fluid nozzle with my brute strength, and the right front wheel did not appear to have power to it (which came to light when I got stuck in the mud this winter). A sensor assembly was the fix, and they were able to source and have one delivered the next day, like a genie popping out of a bottle. They also took care of other routine maintenance while they had ‘er up on blocks. Price was $100 less than the estimate, which is always a pleasant surprise.

I had an oil change and safety check. Another excellent experience with Gig Harbor Automotive. I take advantage of the free shuttle service - super convenient.
