My gas tank was leaking fuel and dangerous to drive. I had the car towed to the shop and understood it may be a couple of weeks before they could get to it. Imagine my surprise and delight to hear from them two days later that my car was repaired, and for less than I had anticipated paying. I have been using this shop for years and my mother before me. Some of the best customer service and conscientious staff I have ever experienced! Shout out to Andy the “parts hunter” and those top notch mechanics in the shop.

They are interested in the overall health of your car vs. just replacing a part and calling it good. They do a full inspection of all essential systems and make suggestions for repairs if needed.

Having just moved from Seattle to Gig Harbor, we were in search of a local mechanic. We were pleased to find Andy and his team of specialists at Gig Harbor Automotive. I love these guys! I have a 2016 Toyota Prius C and every time my “maintenance required” light comes on, I call them. They text me a report of what they found and what they replaced (filters) and text me when it’s ready. They have someone who will pick you up or take you home and everyone I have dealt with there is very pleasant. Great business!
