Excellent service; friendly, courteous trustworthy staff and management; very attentive to the most minute details; extremely clean shop and waiting area; parts and labor priced fairly. A good example of their honesty and customer respect was when my car was shimmying and pulling to the left. This could have resulted in a $1,000 service. Instead, they machined the front-wheel rotors, for a cost of $123. Amazing! This is a typical example of their service. They even chauffeur me between my home and their business.

I appreciate the kind and courteous service I regularly receive here. I know my car is in good hands, this is a business I trust.

Outstanding! They even vacuumed the whole inside of the car which it greatly needed. Shuttle service is fantastic! I so appreciate that service. The rewards program is also very beneficial! Everyone is friendly . They always make sure I understand what they did and what I needed. Very first class service. Always will use them for my car maintenance.

These guys are really nice to deal with. They always offer me a ride home and I live about a 20 minute drive each way from their shop! They do excellent work and every analysis of a problem has been totally accurate.

Incredible service. I was driving through from out of town and my GMC Yukon broke down in Gig Harbor. I rolled my car into the lot, left a key, and had someone pick me up on a holiday weekend. I called the shop on Monday and explained the situation. They had my car up and running again in 2 days all while never once having a problem with my not being there to fill out paperwork etc..
