Excellent service, courteous people

The polite and personal service of GHAS is truly a blessing to Gig Harbor.

Even though the garage seems expensive at times they have also saved me money compared to other garages. I trust them to take care of my car and having master mechanics on site gives me confidence in their work. The staff is extremely friendly and they will provide rides to and from the shop willingly. They have worked on both my BMW and my jeep more than once and there have been no problems every with the work they have performed on my vehicles.

Very customer service oriented!

Friendly, dependable, reliable, and professional service describes this place. Although closed on weekends, their pick up and delivery service and occasional loaner car helps offset that inconvenience. It's hard to find an honest service shop nowdays but we feel we have found one. A little pricey,but you get what you pay for.

They took care of me. Something weird went wrong while they serviced my vehicle, but they fixed it free of charge, which tells me they're honest!

The team is very easy to work with and clearly explain the issues that have arisen. They go out of their way to offer great customer service, like offering a ride home when the vehicle must be in the shop for extended periods. I'd recommend them!

We highly recommend Gig Harbor automotive. We have had numerous repairs done without issues. We have also had help with nails in tires--they don't repair tires but showed is the nail and did not charge! I love these guys. I have never once felt over charged or cheated. They do a great job and aren't out to grift anyone. If they can't fix the problem, they know someone who can and they don't charge you an arm and a leg.
