cars have gotten more and more complex. I had a subtle crack in a hose that was making my garage smell like gas fumes. Others missed it. GHAS found it and fixed it, first try. They also pointed out other service concerns for me to monitor without pressure to get things done right away if I chose to wait and see... I like the approach, the professionalism and the competence. And friendly and courteous, to boot. Highly recommended. In fact, I've already recommended them to friends.

Awesome. Fast friendly and took home and picked me up when my truck was ready.

Gig Harbor Automotive was great. I drove to the shop with a real bad noise coming from my engine. Andy and the Master Mechanic looked at the car immediately, determined the issue and took action to fix my car. Andy was fantastic, he contacted my previous mechanic in Seattle who had installed a Starter Motor last year, worked through the details, procured me a new motor and had it installed the same day, and because they have the Auto Care Warranty as did the previous shop he was able to take care of it at NO COST TO ME! Wow, was I impressed. I had the shop service my car recently for a new timing belf and a alternator in my Acura. And that experience was smooth. But, it was the professionalism and care and going the extra mile so that this could be fixed immediately at no cost to me, that sealed the deal. I will not even consider taking my car to anyone else.Thank you Andy, Brian and all the professional Master Mechanics who work at Gig Harbor Automotivekb a very satisfied customer
