Very professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented service.

Once again Gig Harbor Automotive has made us so happy! Prompt, thorough, and helpful, they even remembered me and my rig and my name :) We had an issue with a vehicle, called for an appointment, and was fixed that next business day. Very pleased indeed! :)

My only complaint is that they are slowed by the abundance of customers. A good mechanic has no shortage of clients.

While I always get anxious about the cost of car repairs in general, I am thankful for not only the work that Gig Harbor auto does on my car and my family's cars. I am so grateful for the their kindness, the way they listen to my concerns, their reassurance and their willingness to educate me through the process. If you have to spend money on car repairs these folks will take good care of you!

I was concerned when the broken end of the oil dip stick had fallen into the engine that it would ruin the engine. Even though they were already fully booked for the next several days, they took in my car and handled the situation. Fortunately, there was no damage to the engine. The service is honest and trustworthy, expert and competent, and a bit expensive, but worth it. I have verbally recommended this reliable automotive service to many others even though I have lived in Gig Harbor for just one year.

The price for an oil change is higher than I've ever paid but, the inspection of the various systems was thorough and I received a fully itemized report immediately. I needed a shuttle to/from home which was not an additional expense. All in all, I believe that the service provided was a good value.
