My air conditioning was not working and, based on my symptoms, I was fully expecting a major repair (compressor, condenser, etc.). I was surprised when I received a call a few hours later and was told my system only needed evacuating and recharching. My ac blows cold as ever and I received complete inspection report. The cost was about 1/3 of what I was prepared for. Very friendly and capable service. Great warranty and even a free shuttle if needed. Best auto service I’ve ever had.

These guys are awesome! I had read numerous reviews before I called them and what great customer service! Friendly, honest, and super quick service. I was very pleased with the work and the cost! They don’t rly to upscale you on th8ngs you don’t need and just tell you what the real deal is. I will be making them our automotive place for all our cars from now on. Thanks!

Once again Gig Harbor Automotive has made us so happy! Prompt, thorough, and helpful, they even remembered me and my rig and my name :) We had an issue with a vehicle, called for an appointment, and was fixed that next business day. Very pleased indeed! :)

My only complaint is that they are slowed by the abundance of customers. A good mechanic has no shortage of clients.
