This is the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. We only have 1 car so I wasn’t sure how I was going to get back home after dropping off our car for diagnosis of an issue. They offered a free ride home and even picked me up after. The repair required was big but they didn’t try to force any repair on me. They had great advice on the issue and I will use them for all of my car work going forward.

During an epic downpour while traveling, one of my windshield wipers came apart. Gig Harbor Automotive Service was close by, so I pulled in. They immediately took a look and replaced my wiper on the spot--no charge. All this, with kindness and professionalism! If I lived in the area, this would be my auto service provider, no question...

This review is long overdue. If more than 5 stars was an option I would select that. I would highly recommend this shop. I was treated with the upmost respect and honesty from the guys here. As well as the owner himself drove me home in their shuttle. Very convenient. They helped fix up a truck I was selling at the time and did everything in a professional timely manner. We have a couple more vehicles we will bring to this shop in the near future!
